Racking systems
Choose by what you store, not by what looks familiar
Axial spacing, beam profile and stile type all follow from the weight, length and turnover of your goods. Here is the range we build.

Boltless rack
No nut and bolt fitting. MDF laminated shelf, powder coated finish, 100 kg per shelf.

Slotted angle rack
Adjustable shelves with nut and bolt fitting. MS and GI shelves, 100 kg per shelf.

Warehouse bulk rack
Step box beams and upright frames with reinforced, GI, powder coated or MDF shelves.

Warehouse pallet rack
Selective pallet racking with beam safety locks, support bars and wire or wooden decking.

VNA pallet racking
High density storage with full accessibility, matched to a guided narrow aisle truck.

Double deep racking
Two pallets deep in a single entry rack, four in a double entry rack.
Boltless and slotted angle sizes
Both ranges are supplied in a fixed size matrix, powder coated, rated at 100 kg per shelf.

Cantilever racking for long goods
Bars, pipes, plates and profiles do not belong on a pallet rack. Cantilever stiles and profiles are made from high strength hot formed IPE sections, and the racking can be any length, single or double sided.
- Axial spacing is set by the bending characteristics and length of the stored goods.
- Goods must not overhang by more than half the axial spacing.
- Storage level heights fix the number of arms per stile.
- Load per arm is the level weight divided by the number of stiles.
- Two or more bays are fitted with two cross braces.
- Bays up to 3000 mm need two horizontal ties; 3500 mm and above need three.
