A message from our Chief Executive
On how we approach engineering, quality and the long relationships we build with Pakistani industry.
CEO message
Every warehouse we walk into tells the same story in a different way. Space is expensive, stock keeps growing, and the layout that worked three years ago is now the reason a forklift takes twice as long to reach a pallet. Our job is to fix that with engineering, not with guesswork.
Expert Engineering was built around a simple idea: a storage system should be designed for the goods it actually holds. Before we quote a project we ask what you store, how heavy it is, how often it moves, and how high your roof is. Those answers decide the upright section, the beam profile, the number of stiles and the bracing, and they are what separates a rack that lasts from one that sags.
That discipline is why we invested in our own engineering team and a local assembly facility rather than reselling imported units. It lets us modify a design for an odd bay width, hold inventory of uprights and beams so a customer is not waiting on a shipment, and stand behind an installation years after it is commissioned.
We are equally serious about safety. Beam safety locks, upright foot plates, front safety guards, row protectors and correct horizontal ties are not optional extras in our systems. A rack that fails is not just a commercial loss, it is a risk to the people working beneath it.
To our customers across Pakistan, thank you for the trust. To those considering us, come and see the work. Bring your floor plan, tell us what you store, and let us show you what a properly engineered layout can do for your operation.

What we hold ourselves to
- Design before quotation. Load capacity, axial spacing and bracing are calculated for your stored goods.
- Honest lead times. Local assembly and stocked components instead of promises tied to a shipment.
- Safety built in. Locks, guards, foot plates and ties specified as part of the system, not sold as an afterthought.
- Support after commissioning. Re-configuration, spares and site inspection remain available.

Bring us your floor plan
We will review it and come back with a layout, load ratings and a quotation.
